Organizational justice and cardiometabolic disease: a systematic review

Abstract The effects of organizational justice on workers’ health have been investigated in several areas work. However, the systematization available information related to cardiovascular diseases (CVD) and diabetes is scarce. This article aims systematically review association between CVD metabolic disease adult workers. search strategy included terms justice, coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular systemic arterial hypertension, mellitus CVD. study following databases: MEDLINE, EMBASE, LILACS. quality studies was assessed using instrument developed by National Institute Health. Results: identified 1,959 titles. After evaluation, eight were selected. Individuals with a high perception showed lower risk whereas low presented repercussions for development strategies promote must be prioritized thus mitigate its impacts workers institutions.
